Focused Intensity

Staying with it and pushing into your physical and mental thresholds is the expression of intensity. More clearly defined: Intensity is your capacity to do work. Notice Mike Harkins in the back ground.

WOD

Front Squat
5-5-5-5-5

100 Burpees for time.

Find your 5 rep max on the front squat after a thorough warm up. Anyone feeling cheated on this workout can make it up with an eight minute “100 Burpees for time.”

    I should have started heavier! My 5 sets were as follows: 175#, 175#, 185#, 195#, 205#. Followed by 50 Burpees in 6:44… my legs were too spent to do a 100 Burpees.

    For those of you playing hookey, Have fun on the slopes tomorrow!
