Front Squat

100 Burpees for time.
Find your 5 rep max on the front squat after a thorough warm up. Anyone feeling cheated on this workout can make it up with an eight minute “100 Burpees for time.”

I should have started heavier! My 5 sets were as follows: 175#, 175#, 185#, 195#, 205#. Followed by 50 Burpees in 6:44… my legs were too spent to do a 100 Burpees.
