7:18 @ 78#. Worried about the shoulder so low weight. Felt good though, think it’s back.
Did the math on the 100 Burpees in 100 Days, since people asked:
If I call the 2+wks of recoup from the shoulder a mulligan, and still want to fit the makeup rest day burpees in within 100 days of day 1, I have to do 3200 in about the next 10 days…that sounds like a baaaad idea….or at least really miserable. I’ll probably chase the 10,000 total, but at a reasonable pace and see where it ends..

I used 95# and did C&J to get the bar overhead
For pull-ups I did dead-hang because my kipping pull-ups suck. I switched to jumping when I got really slow. I did a total of 9 jumping pull-ups, the rest were dead hang.
