Thanks for the article Huey, that clears up a bit of curiousity for me at least. Today we’re planning 8×200m repeats, right? I’ll be heading to PGSV during lunch to get some running in.

I actually did my 8×200m yesterday, because I knew it was going to rain today. However, I’ll see you Thursday morning to do the 10 min tempo run.

Greg, Nick, and I made up a workout today:
Pyramid Row: 10 sec on/off, 20 sec on/off, … 60 sec on/off, 50 sec on/off, … 10 sec on/off.
Then, 8 rounds of 10 squats, with 10 sec rest in b/w rounds.
