Do 3 sets of the following exersices:
Max reps weighted pull-ups
Max reps weighted push-ups
Max reps goblet squats
Complete 3 sets of each exercise before moving to the next.
Increase weight each set.
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
Post weight and modifications to comments.

I would think either a weighted vest or putting a bumper plate on your back. It’d probably be helpful to have a spotter…
