Probably could’ve pushed harder on the metcon portion, but those box jumps killed me for some reason. It would seem my legs aren’t feeling strong just yet.

The box jumps were the killer for me as well. It really taxes the legs making the PP and KBS that much harder. It was weird but the KtE was the rest step for me.

Hey CFSV - I decided I want to run Bay to Breakers this year (instead of drunkenly walking around). I’d love it if my fellow CrossFitters would do it, too. Anyone interested?
I’d probably try to train CFE style for the event.

Huey, I think I’d be willing to make an attempt, although trying to keep up with you in cardio sounds like a great way to get myself killed. That said, I could certainly use the training if nothing else.
