    I’m not fond of flat barbell bench press but i did it anyways just to see
    i weigh about 165# so 165# was on the bar

    bench: 6 10 12 15 15
    pullups: 20 20 20 20 20

    I decided to put the limit for pullups at 20 given i still had other exercises for the day. today was a crazy day but i feel pretty good.

    first workout: 100 burpees for time: 6:25, then 50 more as cool down
    2nd workout: this one Lynne
    3rd workout: muscle ups/air squats 5/100, 10/75, 15/50, 20/25: 22 min
    4th workout: cindy 5/10/15 pullups/pushups/squats 27 rounds at 20:12min
    5th workout: incline dumbell press 80# each arm, 6 5 5
