    Not sure if it’s due to my extended break from crossfit or not, but I thought this was an excellent WOD; good balance between metcon and strength. Nice to see a ton of people turning up, even if it has to be on deadlift day!

    Don’t know my time exactly, but somewhere around 10:30ish. 198 lbs.

    I believe I was around 11:xx using 185#
    Pretty interesting to see 17 people in the 7:30AM class, all in all it flowed pretty well considering there were 17 people trying to do knees to elbows.

    Clapping pushups were easier than I thought they’d be. But what is the sound of one handed clapping pushups????
