Spend 15 minutes practicing handstand skills.
Then, perform the following sequence:
1 L pull up
3 Deadhang pull ups
5 Kipping pull ups
7 Knees to elbows
15 push ups
Try to perform all the pull ups and knees to elbows without dropping from the bar. Rest as needed between rounds. This workout is not for time.
Class A: 7 rounds
Class B: 5 rounds
Class C: 3 rounds
Topics: WOD |

7 rounds.
Martin looks like he has sage advice to offer. Though everytime I’ve asked him he responded by making the WOD harder. I guess that has a Zen-like quality to it.

Hurt my abdominals on the first L Pull-up and couldn’t do any more. Boo. This workout looked really good to me, too. I’m gonna try it over the weekend, assuming I didn’t hurt myself too badly.
Huey, awesome pic of Martin. That should be posted on the CrossFit Sunnyvale site somewhere. Or, we should get t-shirts made!

Martin should make that his Facebook profile pic!

That is an awesome photo. Martin, I wish I could grow a beard like this!
Also, Ryan, nice programming! It reminds me that it can’t always be about the stopwatch; virtuosity sometimes needs to be the focus.
